Gridcore®
A lightweight honeycomb panel manufactured using 100% recycled card and paper pulp. Not only is it manufactured at low temperatures using recycled materials, its also completely biodegradable which makes this material an ideal choice for low-impact interior applications.

Environ®
A highly durable sheet material made from soybeans and recycled newspaper. Available in a wide range of colours and thicknesses, this material is already a popular choice amongst interior designers. Frequently used as a surface material to cover units, tables and even walls.

Cork Tile
A range of cork tiles available in differing thicknesses and colours, although the natural coloration is by far the most popular. Extremely lightweight and sustainably harvested from a renewable source, cork is a great material for interior wall surfacing. Some of the cork produced is impregnated with a resinous binder to improve the durability of the material and this has an interesting impact on the overall aesthetic.

Homasote®
Made from 100% recycled newspapers. This board is lightweight, cheap and is available in a range of thicknesses. Often seen as a material to make notice-board and pin-boards due to its softness, however potential applications must surely run beyond this.

Isobord®
A biodegradable building board made from agricultural straw waste. The straw waste is finely ground down, then reconstituted using a low-toxicity binder.

Jute/Phenolic Composite
A tough and highly durable board produced by combining jute fibres with a phenol based resin binder. Biocomposites such as this one provide alternative ways of producing durable, high performance materials whilst using as few non-renewables as possible. In other words, by adding jute you use less phenolic resin. This material is widely used within a range of furniture design applications.

Newsprint Board
Made from 100% recycled newspapers. This board is lightweight, cheap and is available in a range of thicknesses. Often seen as a material to make notice-board and pin-boards due to its softness, however potential applications must surely run beyond this.

QuikaBoard®
An ingenious lightweight honeycomb panel manufactured using recycled card and paper pulp. Not only is it manufactured at low temperatures using recycled materials, its also completely biodegradable which makes this material an ideal choice for low-impact interior applications. A range of laminates may also be specified to extend further the aesthetic versatility of this material.

Rye Grass Straw Board
A lightweight, biodegradable building board made from agricultural rye grass straw waste. Rye grass has a high cellulose content an is therefore unsuitable for winter livestock fodder. The high cellulose levels do however make it perfect for heat bonding into boards.

Straw Board
A lightweight, biodegradable building board made from agricultural straw waste. The straw waste is pressed and exposed to heat, which sweats out the cellulose and sugars from the straw to create a natural binder.

Duratext®
A surfacing material which can be used in both exterior and interior applications. Based on a fibre-cement compound which uses a proportion of recycled fibres to manufacture. Available in a range of sizes, colours and finishes. They also extrude cornice-work and other interior detailing.

Terrazzo
A huge range of terrazzo made from reconstituted stone, glass and a cementitous binder. Each piece is then milled to give it a smooth polished surface. Much of the stone and glass used in these terrazzo are reclaimed.

Aluminium Sheet
Marketed primarily as a material to create suspended or imitation ceilings. The aluminium sheeting is completely recycled and can be printed on to create a diversity of visual impressions. The sheet metal can also be stamped, punched.

Moulded Tiles
A range of tiles in a range of colours and sizes, made from 100% recycled glass cullet. The glass recyclate is ground to a fine Frit and then exposed to a combination of heat and pressure to create these textured pieces. Various surface details are available and customised patterns are a possibility.

Panels
These panels (or 'bricks') are manufactured using 100% recycled glass. They are perfectly clear which is unusual for a recycled glass as it usually takes on a greenish tint following the second processing. The panels come in a range of surface textures and patterns, each of which manipulate the light in different ways.
Tiles
A wide range of tiles in a range of colours and sizes, made from 100% recycled glass cullet. The glass recyclate is ground to a fine Frit and then exposed to a combination of heat and pressure to create these opaque, textured pieces.
