Finding your Profile
Personality or Temperament is to do with personal traits, attitudes and preferences. It is important to consider such things as
  1. How you come across to other people and interact with them
  2. The type of team role you habitually adopt when working in a group

      Much complex work at the graduate level is organised so that project teams work together to achieve common objectives. You may be recruited to contribute your specific expertise within a team, and will need to demonstrate that you can fit in with both your immediate peers as well as with the culture of the organisation.

      When considering this aspect of your personality you should consider Belbin's classification of team roles. If you are doing CMS as part of your degree this will have been covered in your first taught session. (See Additional Resources for more information.)

  3. How you approach and deal with tasks and responsibilities
  4. Your style of decision-making
  5. What methods of learning suit you best
  6. How comfortable and confident you feel in different situations
