To pull the various pieces of your Vocational Profile together and draw some conclusions, you will need to
- Look for common themes and emerging patterns
- Check for inconsistencies
- Synthesise the different insights to form a complete and rounded picture of your vocational profile.
- Remember that none of the systems of self assessment is a magic wand that is guaranteed to provide 100% accurate information
- Ask yourself, does the feedback from the questionnaires and exercise ring true? Does it sound like me?
- Identify aspects which may need developing, depending upon your career plans.
