Finding your Profile
Each aspect of your 'Vocational Profile' (skills, motivation and personality) is all very well in isolation, but pulling all of them together to create a composite profile will give you a 'shopping list' with which to venture forth into the job market.

To demonstrate how this can work, let's imagine you are planning a meal for friends. What factors would you need to consider? Probably….

The number of friends you've invited
Their tastes (and any special dietary requirements)
Whether your meal is to be formal or casual
How much time you have for shopping and cooking
    Your culinary expertise
The budget you are prepared to allocate.
Having a clear idea of your criteria will help you to find what you want. It will also enable you to identify which factors are essential and which are secondary. This will give you the flexibility to consider a range of suitable choices and make compromises where necessary.
