- What was your starting salary and what is it now? Are salary rises frequent/automatic?
- What are the working conditions like - the environment, working relationships, hours of work actually put in, levels of stress, etc.
- What do you like most and least about the job?
- How does your work contribute to the organisation's overall strategic plan and objectives?
- Has your work been affected by labour market trends, such as changes in technology and marketplace competition?
