 Career Management Skills (CMS) is a programme that gives you access to a wide range of information to assist you in your career search, as well as enabling you to take part in a considerable amount of self-analysis and identifying of your skills.

I am a second year student who has used CMS to assess how user-friendly and beneficial the programme is to students.

Here are 10 easy steps to using CMS.

  1. The program has a welcome section that explains the benefits of CMS and how to use it. It is worth keeping in mind that you do not need to read every word of this section in order to get something out of the program. So if you are pushed for time, continue!!
