Academic Dress
What do I wear on the day?
Academic dress is the norm for all who are to receive their awards and an information leaflet for our appointed robing agents, Wm Northam and Sons, will be sent with the information pack. For further information and to place an order, visit www.wmnortham.co.uk. Please note that gowns must be ordered in advance through Northam’s; they cannot be ordered through the University. Academic dress is collected on the day of the Presentation Ceremony from the ‘Robing’ area in the Richard Mayo Centre.
Please remember to wear something with a front button, e.g. a shirt or blouse, so that your hood can be attached.
