Acousticel®
An acoustic insulation material made from 100% recycled rubber. The rubber comes from old car tyres and is broken down into small strips to make this non-woven sheet material.

Expanded Silicone Rubber Foam
Durable self-skinning foam made from aerated silicone. We have chosen this material for the collection based on its superior durability to polyurethane foams, and its low toxicity during and after production. There are many colour option and sheet sizes and thicknesses vary.

Natural Rubber
A range of rubbers which have been dried (cured) naturally and without the use of sulphurs and drying agents, rendering this a low-toxicity/low-energy material
. Many of the rubbers supplied by this company are manufactured in thin (3mm) sheets and then layered to form solid forms and details. The rubber is also tapped using up to date sustainable techniques to ensure the longevity of both the forestry and the industries that it supports.

Rubber Embossed Matting
Recycled rubber matting made from ground down car tyres. This material is available in a wide range of sheet sizes and thicknesses. A small but interesting range of surface details are available. This material was originally conceived as safety flooring for within an industrial context, however the possible applications could actually be far greater than this.

Rubber Interlocking Mat
Recycled rubber matting which is moulded to fit together rather like a jigsaw. Often seen around the edges of public swimming pools
.

Rubber Matting
Recycled rubber matting made from ground down car tyres. This material is available in a wide range of sheet sizes and thicknesses, however, colour options are not always so varied. That said, other rubber materials are occasionally added to create a speckled effect.

Rubber/Plastic Lumber
Durable and maintenance-free substitute for timber in outdoor decking applications. Made from recycled non-specific rubbers and plastics, these imitations timbers are available in different colours and sizes.

Rubber Sheet
Made from 100% recycled wellington boots. This material is available in a wide range of sheet sizes and thicknesses, however its always intensely colourful and bright due to the random coloration of the wellies.

Vulcanised Rubber
A synthetic approach to the mass-production of rubber parts. This rubber can be injection moulded to high tolerances and is available in a wide range of colours. We chose to put this material in the collection due to its great durability, as the failure of low-performance rubber parts (such as washers and grommets) frequently send otherwise fully-functional products to early graves.
