Corian®
An advanced blend of natural materials and pure acrylic polymer, Corian® is a versatile material available in pre-cut sheet form. The versatility of Corian® is also evident within its wide range of colour options and surface finishes. It can even be produced to mimic other materials such as marble or granite.

Droptec®
Is a safety flooring material manufactured from 100% recycled polyurethane foam. The reclaimed foam is minced up into small chunks and then reconstituted to create large lightweight mats, which actually have immense shock absorption capabilities.

H.D.P.E.
A range of High Density Polythene sheets (manufactured in the USA) available in different thicknesses, colourways and sheet sizes. The sheets are manufactured using 100% recycled plastic which is tapped from the post consumer waste stream, namely washing up liquid bottles. The material has a distinct aesthetic and was heavily used by designers in the early 1990's.

H.D.P.E.
This particular High Density Polythene sheet (available in different thicknesses and sheet sizes) is made from recycled plastic coffee cups. The black flecks are from small cream cartons that were also added to the mix.

Jute/Thermoset Composite
Fine thermoset plastic fibres are mixed with equally fine jute fibres to make a non-woven 'rug'. The rug is then placed within a hot press which melts the plastic and jute together creating a tough, lightweight shell. This material and process are currently being used by the automotive industry to manufacture car interiors. The presence of jute not only reduces the overall weight of the material, but it also reduces the consumption of non-renewable resources such as oil (plastic).

P.E.T.
A range of recycled Polythene sheets available in different thicknesses, colourways and sheet sizes. The sheets are manufactured using 100% recycled polythene. It is available in a clear sheet and has quite a high degree of flexibility when used as a thin sheet.

Plastic Lumber
Durable and maintenance-free substitute for timber in outdoor decking applications. Made from 100% recycled polythene, these imitations timbers are available in different colours and sizes. If specified, custom extrusions are frequently possible.

Thermoplastic Composite
A thermosetting plastic which is blended with recycled materials before injection moulding. Recyclates that are currently dosed in include; newsprint, denim, birch wood, coconut fibres, and bagasse.

Timbaplus®
A range of imitation wood extrusions suitable for interior detailing applications, made from 100% recycled polystyrene. A standard range of extruded forms are available whilst the opportunity to customise is available. Timbaplus® is lightweight and strong, its also very realistic.

Treeplast®
An injection mouldable bio-polymer made from a blend of corn starch and natural cellulose extracted from wood waste. It is lightweight and available in a variety of colours. Treeplast® also possesses shock absorption properties similar to A.B.S. and therefore has many potential design applications.

Ultrapoly®
A Highly durable and tough plastic made from reprocessed mechanical grade polythene Frequently utilised in large scale mining and marine projects. According to the manufacturers website, it is also believed to be the worlds toughest polymer.
